Student Eligibility

The assigned course is approved by the governing body (Nevada DMV and courts) and conforms to the governing body’s requirements for content, duration, testing, and security measures. It is the student’s responsibility, however, to ensure that he/she is eligible to participate in the course and that the governing body recognizes the completion credit. The course provider does not assume any liabilities or responsibilities, express or implied, with respect to: the student’s eligibility to participate; the governing body’s acceptance of the completion certificate; or administrative errors on the part of the governing body.

Time Requirements

The student must adhere to the 8-hour time requirement established by the governing body. To ensure that the time requirement is met, the student will be unable to proceed to the next course section until the allotted time has elapsed. The student may log on and off of the course at anytime, but he/she must meet the minimum time requirements.
